How I Found My Purpose
in Holistic
Mental Health Coaching
People have always shared their deepest concerns with me. From an early age, I discovered profound joy in listening to and understanding others' experiences.
During my freshman psychology course, everything changed. On the final day, my instructor pulled me aside and gently encouraged me to consider psychology as my calling, recognizing qualities in me I hadn't fully acknowledged. That conversation transformed my path from journalism to a career uplifting others.
