Unlike generic life coaching, my approach integrates evidence-based techniques from CBT for Anxiety, Positive Psychology, and Mindful Self-Compassion; informed by a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, a B.A. and a Ph.D. minor in psychology, and 20 years living in Asia.

How is this different from therapy?
Coaching focuses on present challenges and future growth, not diagnosing or treating mental disorders. If actual clinical therapy is what you need, I can refer you to a professional therapist.
Is holistic mental health coaching expensive?
Not at all. Madrona Holistic Coaching uses sliding-scale pricing (600-1,000 baht per hour based on your income) because quality mental health support should be accessible to everyone. While I hold advanced credentials—ICF Master Certified Coach and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership with a Counseling Psychology minor—my pricing reflects a personal commitment to making professional wellbeing support affordable for English-speaking expats and professionals throughout Thailand and the APAC region. These lower rates are about ensuring more people can access the help they need.
Do you only work with expats?
While many clients are expats or international professionals, I work with anyone seeking psychology-informed coaching for anxiety, transitions, or personal growth.
How long does coaching take?
It depends on your goals. Some clients find clarity in as few as a single session; others prefer ongoing support.
What if I'm not in Thailand?
